Derek and Redmond did most of the work to put the gutters on the new hangar on Sunday 25 March 2012. Gutter support clips were installed along both sides, both gutters were riveted together, and the Southern gutter was lifted and installed on the clips. The northern gutter just needs to be lifted and installed to finish the gutter installation.Hopefully we will get this done on the flying day on Sunday 1 April 2012.
We plan to organise a major roof installation on the weekend after Easter. If we can get enough people up for the 2 days we could also run flying in parallel with hangar building.
Once the roof is on we will be weather proof so we will have enough space to store our sudden flush of gliders when they turn up.
