Another nice weekend at the club, Saturday’s weather was looking a bit grim on the forecast but turned out not too bad, a bit cold and windy but soarable. Derek took two AEF’s in the Janus with a bit of aerobatics thrown in for fun. Heath gained his Motorfalke conversion, and Darren his Astir conversion. On Sunday, Ben took Leigh’s theory class on thermaling in the morning then practiced some techniques in the PIK in the afternoon.
