Saturday looked lovely but despite a promising forecasts of XC-able conditions, it turned out to be disappointing. There was a window of a couple of hours of somewhat soarable weather but nobody got terribly high. We also had several cable breaks which didn’t help. But on the bright side, several trainees (Adrian, James and Josephine) got some quality circuit time, and a new trainee (Kieran) got flight of the day in the Janus with Leigh (46mins).
In the evening, the first Stonefield Bonfire of the season went off with a bang, as did a fine spag bog dinner. (thanks Darren!)
