Flying ops were conducted by Cathy Conway in the Kookaburra (GRZ) with Derek Spencer on the winch with Peter Conway. Several long flights up to 5,000′.
Redmond, David and Derek got the Pukatek fuselage onto the Blanik trailer in the morning. Redmond fixed the lights and towed it back to Parafield mid afternoon. Redmond & Dennis connected the new windsock to the windsock frame created by Derek (and its an excellent fit) -but the wind prevent them from reinstalling it on the windsock pole.
FDU operated the nimbus for a 4 hour flight.
